A beautiful Indian woman spends her quiet time, away from the encampment, to go barefoot in the cool waters of a nearby stream. Native American women generally had their hair tied up and were not allowed to show their ankles or legs, so this lovely lady is enjoying her special Quiet Time carrying her moccasins and wearing a traditional blue trade cloth dress adorned with elk teeth and colorful ribbons.
