Over the past 40 years, I have collected numerous rodeo cowgirl items including a vast selection of  Postcards. Most all of those featured here for sale have been published in my book Cowgirls; Early Images and Collectibles released by Schiffer Publishing in 1994, reprinted in 2004.

078 – Printed photo postcard in good condition, used but not abused. Cancel marks on front of card, upper right hand quarter. Caption: “Rose Smith Riding High on Easy Money Stryker’s “Photogloss” Rodeo Series -3″. Reverse message is: May 6, 1945 Dear Grandmom, This is a picture of the rodeo in Feb 1944 that Daddy got last year. It doesn’t look real but it is.”…Postmarked Tucson Ariz. May 7, 1945.
